Thinking Dynamics LLC (“Company,” “Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the personal and business information entrusted to us by our clients and users.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information in connection with the PRISMA ERP platform, related professional services, implementation services, and ongoing support (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, or by executing a Subscription Agreement with the Provider, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to deliver enterprise software, implementation, and support services.

1.1 Information Provided by Clients

Full name, job title, and contact information

Company name, business address, and operational details

User account credentials and access permissions

Communications submitted via email, support channels, or consulting sessions

1.2 Business and Operational Data

Data entered into the PRISMA ERP platform by the Client

Operational, financial, project, inventory, workforce, and process data

Configuration data generated during implementation and system setup

All such data is collectively referred to as Client Data.

1.3 Payment Information

Thinking Dynamics LLC does not store or process payment card information.
All payment transactions are processed exclusively by authorized third-party payment processors (including, but not limited to, Stripe), in accordance with their own security, compliance, and privacy standards.

2. Purpose and Use of Information

We process information solely for legitimate business and contractual purposes, including:

Delivering, operating, and maintaining the PRISMA ERP platform

Performing implementation, configuration, consulting, and support services

Managing licenses, subscriptions, billing, and contract administration

Communicating with Clients regarding system usage, support, and service delivery

Improving system performance, security, and reliability

Complying with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell, rent, or commercialize Client Data.

3. Data Ownership

All Client Data remains the exclusive property of the Client.

The Provider acts solely as a data processor and processes Client Data strictly for the purpose of performing the Services in accordance with the applicable Subscription Agreement and this Privacy Policy.

No ownership rights over Client Data are transferred to the Provider.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information only under the following circumstances:

To trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, infrastructure, payment processing) strictly as necessary to deliver the Services and subject to confidentiality obligations

When required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority

To protect the rights, property, security, or legal interests of the Company, its Clients, or third parties

We do not share Client Data for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Client Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

These measures include access controls, secure infrastructure, role-based permissions, and internal confidentiality protocols.

While we take data protection seriously, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Client Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and as necessary to:

Deliver the Services

Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Upon termination of the applicable Subscription Agreement, the Client may request a one-time data export within the timeframe specified in the Agreement.
After such period, Client Data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our internal data retention and security policies.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials

Controlling user access within their organization

Ensuring that all data uploaded to the Services is lawfully obtained and accurate

Complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws related to their business operations

The Provider is not responsible for data integrity issues arising from Client-provided information.

8. Cookies and Platform Analytics

The PRISMA platform may use cookies or similar technologies strictly for:

System functionality

Security and authentication

Performance monitoring and analytics

These technologies do not collect sensitive personal information and are not used for advertising purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are designed exclusively for business use.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be published with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
