At Thinking Dynamics LLC, we are committed to providing structured, professional, and transparent support and billing practices for all clients using the PRISMA ERP platform.

This policy outlines how support is provided, how billing is managed, and how cancellations and disputes are handled.

1. How to Contact Support

For any inquiries related to your account, billing, licensing, implementation coordination, or general support, please contact:

Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

2. Scope of Support Services

Support services are intended to ensure:

Platform continuity and access

Technical assistance related to system usage

Account-level coordination and responsiveness

Support does not include:

Implementation consulting beyond contracted scope

Business process redesign

Custom development or configuration

Training sessions not expressly included or purchased

All support services are provided in accordance with the applicable Subscription Agreement and Support terms in effect.

3. Billing & Subscription Support

For questions regarding:

License fees

Support fees

Implementation fees

Billing cycles

Invoices or payments

Licensed users

Company legal name

Primary account email

Reference to the applicable agreement

Billing obligations are governed exclusively by the executed Subscription Agreement and related policies.

4. Cancellations & Termination Requests

All cancellation or termination requests must:

Be submitted in writing

Be sent to [email protected]

Verbal requests, inactivity, non-usage of the Software, or payment disputes do not constitute valid cancellation notice.

All cancellations are handled strictly in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into the Subscription Agreement.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal, Clients are strongly encouraged to contact our support team directly.

Many billing concerns can be resolved efficiently through direct communication.

Initiating a chargeback without prior notice or contractual basis may:

Delay resolution

Result in service suspension

Trigger formal dispute response procedures

Be addressed in accordance with the executed Agreement and applicable law
